Delete
/api/v1/vector-stores/{id}Permanently deletes a vector store and its documents' search index. The original media-manager files are kept.
Refused with 409 while the draft or live flow of any AI agent uses the store, because the agent would silently lose that knowledge. Remove the store from those flows (and publish) first.
