Automation Queue

Endpoints for working with Automation Queue resources in klink.cloud. All requests are authenticated with your API token — see Authentication.

  • GET/api/v1/queues

    Listing

    Returns every automation queue in your workspace, each with its full member list. This endpoint is not paginated.

  • POST/api/v1/queues

    Create

    Creates an automation queue — the mechanism that routes incoming conversations to agents.

  • GET/api/v1/queues/{id}

    Detail

    Returns a single queue with its members and routing settings.

  • PATCH/api/v1/queues/{id}

    Update

    Updates a queue. Send only the fields you want to change — omitted fields keep their current values, and the member list is left untouched.

  • DELETE/api/v1/queues/{id}

    Delete

    Deletes a queue and its membership records.

  • POST/api/v1/queues/{id}/members

    Add Member

    Adds one user to a queue, as either an agent or a manager.

  • DELETE/api/v1/queues/{id}/members/{userId}

    Remove Member

    Removes a user from a queue. Their other queue memberships are unaffected, and the account itself is not deleted.
