/api/v1/users/{id}

Deactivates a user and removes them from every queue they belong to.

A user who still owns open conversations cannot be deleted — the request returns 409 and nothing changes. Close or reassign their conversations first, otherwise those chats would be left pointing at a deleted agent.

Deletion is reversible only by support, and the email address is not immediately reusable.
